Based in Asbury Park, New Jersey, Robert Stears has more than three decades of experience in government relations, campaign management, and public policy. He is particularly skilled in media relations and developing strategic community partnerships. His past positions include partner at The Strategy Group, LLC, a strategic healthcare company he founded in 1997, and owner of Governmental Strategies, LLC, in New York City. Between 2016 and 2020, Robert Stears served as a Hackensack Meridian Health welcome ambassador in the emergency department at Bayshore Community Hospital.

In 2020 Mr. Stears began providing strategic services as an independent advisor. In this role, he supports nonprofit healthcare organizations in advocacy initiatives involving organ donations and transplants. He has experience advocating for a number of large businesses, as well as governmental entities and professional groups.

Robert Stears studied political science at American Christian College in Tulsa, Oklahoma, graduating with a bachelor of science. In his free time, he enjoys staying active through cycling and cooking.
